They are air shpping in an initial supply of the composites and carbons. Container supposed to arrive 30 days after so I would say approx end of May at latest?

The guy that developed these is very sharp..Toto. He is a long-time radio guy, so I expect the communications will work very good. Looking forward to it msyelf.

We've placed our first initial order for Roux Helmets. ETA is hopefully sometime in May. Pricing has been determined for the Carbon and Composite models. Sizing is supposed to be similar to HJC, Stilo and Arai. If you wear Bell/Gforce, you'll most likely have to go up one size. We do have a sizechart on our site as a guideline.

Taking pre-stock orders now on these two models. You will not be billed until the order is ready to ship but you'll get in line and be one of the first to try them when they come out.

Was expecting our first initial batch in last week but they have been delayed again. Helmets are supposedly finished and ready to ship - there's been a delay in getting the FIA paperwork so they can get them stickered.

I received this from Clark last week (hope he does not mind me posting):

"Here is where we stand. The helmet shells have been produced but the interiors need to be installed. The composite and Carbon helmets will be FIA approved as well as SA15. All tests have been passed and they are awaiting the FIA stickers before they complete the interiors of the helmets.

I just got the phone with one of the 2 owners. He is sort of fit to be tied waiting for the stickers. He has promised me that I will get my initial order before anyone else. Our initial order of 20 helmets will be air freighted from the factory in China directly to their facility in Florida then UPS to us here in South Carolina.

They have had so many set backs, especially with the FIA, that they are reluctant to give me an ETA. He did say that they now think they will have the first container by mid July. Based upon this information I think we are now looking at Mid June for the Air shipment."

A small batch of helmets is being air shipped in and we hope to see them sometime in September. Another shipment is coming ocean freight and expected sometime in October. Pricing on fiberglass will be $549.95 according to Roux so we will be updating our website to reflect this.

The fiberglass model will be wired up for electronics but no water cooling, extra hardware, and special packaging.

Wow...taking a really long time for them aren't they? I was really hoping to see and try on these helmets before I had to buy one but it may end up too late...
