Susie Wolff Profiled
Susie Wolff, test driver for the Williams Martini Racing F1 Team, is profiled in the Wall Street Journal.

She exercises five to six times a week. If she misses a day due to travel, “the session afterwards is twice as hard,” she says. “People underestimate how fit Formula One drivers are because…we don’t look like we are doing a lot.”
A typical day may begin with an hour-long balance session in the gym, either in her home basement or at Williams’ headquarters in Oxfordshire, England. Ms. Wolff stands on a medicine ball and catches small ***** thrown at her by a trainer to improve hand-eye coordination.
For another 60 to 90 minutes, she does high-intensity, body-weight exercises that include push-ups, crunches and triceps dips, as well as jumping between crates, lifting tires or jumping through them. She also lifts kettlebells that weigh from between 9 to 55 pounds.
Ms. Wolff trains hardest during the F1 off-season. A session may include eight high-intensity exercises that last 40 seconds and are repeated six times each. Shortly after the start of the season, she may cut back on the number of repetitions. “I don’t want to appear like Wonder Woman,” she says. “It’s not quantity but quality.”
Due to the strain placed on the neck muscles of racers, Ms. Wolff sometimes works with a neck-training machine that was designed for F1. For about 40 minutes, she sits in the contraption, which has an arm with a pad that pushes against her head, using various amounts of pressure, while she tries to keep her neck straight or pushes against it.
Ms. Wolff has her workout gear sponsored by brands like Sweaty Betty, a British women’s sportswear label. “I spend a lot of my time in workout clothing as I’m either on my way to, leaving, or in a fitness session,” she says. “Bright colors are better and workout clothing shouldn't be black.”

I must say, your consistency as a top shelf douche bag is quite remarkable.
Back on point, these open wheel drivers spend so much time working on their fitness just to be able to survive lap after lap of up to 5 g negative and lateral loads that it is necessary to workout nearly everyday. Years ago when Kimi was testing his first F1 car, he could only do 2 consecutive laps because his neck could not take the g loads. An average driver's neck in F1 will expand over 1" in diameter during the season from the muscle mass they pack on from driving.

You sir... have no class. You are jealous because she can drive a car faster than you. Weak.
I am would happily admit that she can drive a car MUCH faster than me, she can out run me, probably out lift me, and I would love to have her wrestle me to the ground.
