Default Adjustable Rear Toe links - Eccentric Bolt or Not?

Hello everyone, I"m finally installing a full suspension set-up on my 996. The question I have come across is when installing the adjustable rear toelink should I install a locking plate as well or just keep the eccentric bolts installed?

You want the locking plate, One of the reasons I went to the toe link was to eliminate the eccentric.

Thanks guys, I was looking at the tarett kit. I'm thinking the eccentric bolt might be the cause of my right rear tire wear issues. Either way, they're going away.
