Default For those of you with the Trailex Tire Rack with GT3 on Open Trailer

Either featherlite or on the trailed, how many sets of GT3 tires are you getting? My math could be off but looks like about 4 rears and 2 fronts give or take? Maybe 3 fronts? Just short of 2 sets?

Thanks

I'll tell you for sure in a couple weeks, I need to pick up two sets from shop.

I think you could get at least 4 rears and 2 fronts, maybe 3 fronts. (RS width).

For my 996 GT3 I am only able to fit 4 rears and 3 fronts. My 2nd set is rain tires that are slightly narrower in width. I measured the distance and the maximum width for wheels is 82.25 inches. Hope this helps.

4 rears and 3 fronts.

Dave-C2 has added spacers to the kit to be able to accommodate 8 wheels.
Requires to find a longer bar as well however.
I will try to dig up pictures.

I had my rack expanded so that I can carry two full sets of 9s and 12s. A giant improvement.

How did you expand it? I'm interested.

Mine is very similar. The end are extended and the bar is lowered. You need to buy a longer bar as well.

Great idea. I think I needed 6 more inches (not what the wife said). Looks like it will work.
