Default BROADFOOT RACING: NO RESPONSE-NO PRODUCT

I ordered a set of the fender flares from Broadfoot on 10-17-2013...Still do not have them as of 11-39-2013. Was promised them by 11-6-2013. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! They did respond to one of my email about 3-weeks ago & told me I would have them in 3-days. This is the 45th day & I filed a complaint with PayPal to preserve my claim. I live less that 2-hours away from them so it is not like it takes a long time for freight....They are really starting to **** me off, as I have my car apart for painting and Broadfoot is incredibly unreliable.

Welcome to the club, paid for my parts nearly 3 months ago. Unfortunately they have what I consider to be the best racing body kit, the GTR (outside of carbon fiber/Crawford).

FYI Hairy Glass in Jacksonville makes the parts and they probably have been sitting there for the past several weeks, completed, boxed and ready to go.

Default BROADFOOT RACING: PAID IN FULL-NO PRODUCT-NO RETURN CALLS

Does anybody know how to get ahold of the guy who builds them for Broadfoot? They would sell a bunch of em' if someone just answered the damn phone & followed up. I would not even be half as pissed off if I knew they were going to take 8-weeks and not the 2 weeks that I was quoted. What is pathetic on my part, is that I was warned by several other people in the Florida region that this would most likely happen. S

Maybe I just got lucky but I ordered a set of fender flares from BF racing and they shipped fast and arrived right when they said... Parts were also very nice.

My personal experience was very good.

Good luck Rokket, hope everything works out well

I finally received my parts last week after a 3 month wait. I may be teaming up with someone to produce my own GTR version in fiberglass & carbon fiber.

Gave the car to my fabricator today, looking forward to the new package.

Alfred posted the following on his 944 parts facebook page

Hello, If anyone knows of anyone on Rennlist badmouthing me (Albert Broadfoot) of Broadfoot Racing, please have them contact Kelli Broadfoot, or I... so we can clear up or solve any problem they may have with us. We are good people and are know to do whatever it takes to make sure ALL of our customers are satisfied with our parts and labor. If they don't do this, they are the few that no natter what we do... they will NEVER be happy.
We are also a little tired of the ones ones on there who just keep repeating- "I heard"......
Thanks all!

Seems a little brash. If you don't give your clients product updates and make them wait 3 months or more for products they've paid for in full, you deserve everything you get...

Pretty funny. Kelli does not return her phone calls or emails either. My parts were actually completed by Hairy Glass about two weeks after the order was placed per Candy at Hairy Glass. I paid up front via Paypal to Broadfoot. About a month after the order, I called and Kelli answered and said the parts would be shipped the following week. After 2 additional months of no parts and no returned emails and phone calls I contacted Hairy Glass who in turn contacted Kelli. Only then did I hear from her via email, she never did return my calls.

I bear them no ill will but facts are facts. Fact; paid for the parts early September and received shipment mid December. There were several sets of parts sitting at Hairy Glass for months. Note that Broadfoot does not pay for the parts until they pick them up. Draw your own conclusions.

Wait a month, they are trying to work something out. Hairy Glass is a good company with high quality products. They have offered to pay a commission to Broadfoot and handle the business direct.
