How are headlight covers installed?

I am considering replacing OEM headlights for some simple Headlight covers by GT Racing.

Anyone have any indication or pictures as to how these are installed?

Custom brackets epoxied to underside of cover and then bolted in? Access bolts how?

That is what I have on cup,
You have to remove bumper and inner wheel shield
