Default 02 Sensor alarms w/ Fabspeed X-Pipe

I sometimes get an 02 failure warning that I can clear with an OBDII reader. It does not tell me if it’s a sensor upstream or downstream from the CAT. I did replace the upstream sensors, but I believe it’s an issue with sensor being too close to unrestricted air flow. I may just need to add an 02 extender pipe.
Does anyone have experience with this? Which sensor(s) you needed to extend?

TIA
Brian

The error should state which bank and pre-or post cat. 02 extenders usually solve the issue.

I run Speedtech X pipe with no cats and I’ve never had an issue with O2 errors.
