How do I load a 911 into an enclosed trailer?
I have an ATC enclosed motorsports trailer. The wheel inner fenders prevent me from getting in an out of the car. Door will not open. Any suggestions on an easy way to load car and get in an out. Have gray hair and belly...

Last summer at Goodguys Nationals in Columbus I saw a really cool system to load any length and width car into an enclosed trailer. The car was tied down outside the trailer, then it was winched in with a wireless remote the rest of the way on rails. No one was trying to get out the door or window from inside the trailer. It was pretty slick! It was called Rail Ryder. It might be worth checking out. Good luck...

I use a winch.. I have also had to contort my way into the car with the door closed in the trailer for one reason or another. Humanly possibly, but not something I would want to do normally

We use a S6000 winch from super winch with the lightweight yellow rope. Much easier to deal with and with over 120 cycles so far no deterioration. Highly recommend this winch.

Low tech, cheap: Two 2X6's screwed to floor. Drive unto 2X6, open door and get out.
Low tech, moderate cost: winch
Low tech, higher cost: take trailer to a shop, have a swing door cut on driver's side.
High tech, higher cost: Rail Ryder
I use a combination of #1 and 2.

OP never been here before and posts his question. Roughly 20 minutes later another complete newbie replies about this great product he saw. I'm sure this is just a coincidence and not a violation of the advertising policies of this site.

Cynic! Come on, it's got to be a total coincidence. Surely nobody would conspire to do something like that. It has never happened before on RL.

Looks like a solution in search of problem anyway. You still have to strap the carriage down. Why not just strap the car down. I was expecting a self locking mechanism like a seat slider.
