Thanks Steve. Though as I say at the end of every drivers meeting, it's up to you guys to make the event work.
To all of the RL crew for your support and participation - Jenks, Mike , James, Steve, Dave, Lainey, JT, Brian, The Canadians (eh), Bill, Robert and etc.......
thank you!
Great to see the Andrea and Dave Robertson with their Ford GT and how about the Dallara-Judd F-1 car????
Thanks again guys - see you soon.

Just got home from Summit Point (RTR PCA event) and gotta say, nothing against the PCA guys but it was NO COMPARISON to the rocking great time Steve and I had at DMTD @ VIR. It was a totally amazing event... thanks to Mark, Moton Joe, The TPC Racing gang with R.Probst, The Robertsons, "Bodymotion Mike" & Crew with Scott & the Cayman guys, Spencer.... and the numerous new friends we made! Obviously we all missed David, but every one of us were thinking about him! You really get spoiled in this format - great drivers, all taking care of each other on track. Steve and I will miss you at NJMP, but will try to work out a way to do one more before the season ends. GREAT JOB!!
P.S. Brembo appreciated all the back scratches and ball throws! See you all soon!@

I had such a great time at this event.
My thoughts go out to David Murry and his family.
This event was a blast. People played very well together. This was my first time at VIR and I had an absolute blast. I just LOVED the track. Rick Deman and his crew gave me great support and fortunately nothing bad happened to the car. I'm guessing I drove 5-6 hours each day. Fantastic.
I have Smartycam footage in back of the F1 car when it was warming up and I got the point by. I'll have to post it. When it came time for me to give the F1 a point by my memory card had filled up. I'm so bummed I didn't capture the moment because the sound completely overwhelmed the sound of my own car as the F1 blammed toward the essex. Very cool.
I think this might become an annual event for me. It was just sweeeeeeet.

Great event, and really nice to finally meet so many R-listers. Thanks also to Rick DeMan, who helped me with a loose power steering hose, and with a CEL. He and his team stepped up and saved my weekend.

Hi Chuck, it was very nice meeting you IRL and I'm glad Deman could help you out. I'm definitely a fan of his work.
And where are my manners???!!! I totally forgot to thank Peter Krause for his hospitality and iRacing tutorial which was very entertaining!
I've uploaded my first ever in car video which shows the F1 car in front of me when he was first warming up the car. Even at low speed the sound completely overwhelms that of my Boxster. At about the 6 min mark the Lemans GT40 blows by me. There's also a GT2 which is interesting to watch when we both start down the back straight - LOL.

Dave, I don't think we got a chance to meet. I was trying to see if I made a guest appearance in your video but that looks like it was towards the end of day 2.
Chuck were you #11?
