Iracing is very very clean, particularly in the upper classes. Here is some video from tonight from our ferrari chat league. I think this pass on colds was pretty clean:

greg, if you want to try it out before you spend all the money you are welcome to give my rig a spin in south arlington. I probably have about $1700 in the rig: $1100 computer, $300 wheel, $300 chassis/seat. I built the computer myself from parts at microcenter in fairfax. I won't get a cheapy computer, because you will be replacing it eventually.

Full disclosure, I have also had my rig in front of the TV now for about 6 months. 46 inch led backlit samsung. Not suggested procedure with the significant other, but she conceded after some time.

We should get our rennlist league going again once the cold weather sets in. When are the F-chat races happening now?

Sometimes a lesson has to be learned in our private races though...

Sometimes you are meant to learn a lesson and execute a stroke of genius instead.

rofls, of course I know it is a game and I can't imagine anyone trying to "toot there own horn" about iRacing. I posted the videos to show how much fun we are having with "clean racing," and I would love to see bigger fields. I record the videos for my dad and his friend that was very sick in the hospital because they think it is cool.

Kudos to you for caring for your dad, wish I had a son that was so thoughtful...

that was hilarious. you dive bombed past me under braking and I thought, "where the heck is Gator going?", but you made it stick!

for those of you who are iracers, or on the fence, join in on the Fchat league and/or the RL league when it resumes this fall. good times. no, it's not the "real thing", but it's close, and you can get your jollies mid-week during the winter and not just summer weekends
