I have a four sided cube that I flip to the blank side when I am on the street. When tracking or racing I use my number. But after the race begins I push a button on the dash and all the cubes flip to a new number. During the race, If I get a black flag, then I just flip to the extra number. After I am out of site of the corner worker of course.
