Just a heads-up. I called to make reservations and a company has bought the entire hotel out for the weekend of the club race. That includes the Spa suites and the Villas. Even if you do not plan on staying at the Chateau, this will probably affect the other hotels in the area.

That's funny John, your bailout $$$$ at work.
I got a room at the Holiday Inn Express accross the street.
I had them put me on the wait list at the Chateau-- you never know the company might go belly-up by the time the race rolls around.

That's what I did as well but that's where I stay every year - almost starting to feel like home now.

I realize that it is long overdue, I will work on a writeup this weekend. We did take 1st place in E0 and 14th overall (broke a header 3 hrs into the race that we had to battle with for 5 hrs). More to come.
