Default Walker's daughter suing Porsche.

I am surprised it took this long.

Meadow's lawyer, Jeff Milam, tells TMZ, "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street. And we shouldn't be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas."

Really sad that the pair of guys passed away but speed limits in this case were not observed. If you drive 2x the speed limit in a business park a mistake in any car is likely to do serious bodily harm.

The sad truth might just be the lawyer is a slimy dirtbag, preying on a 16yr olds broken heart. If I were her, I would ask myself would Paul want me to do this? Would he think that driving 90+ on a public street with 8 yr old hard tires was a smart move and ultimately Porsche's fault when things went wrong?

I wonder if she has seen the videos where he flat out says its his favorite car of all time?

I know the answer I would come up with, but that logic doesn't happen in a 16 year olds head. Why pour salt on a wound, get yourself all worked up. It didnt work out too well for the other family involved what makes her think she can win? Oh yeahhhh she doesnt have a well formed opinion at her age, but that lawyer sure does!! Sad, really sad.

Was there already a suit filed by the driver's family?

OLD TIRES- AGGRESSIVE DRIVING-BIG EGO- SHOW offs- Their movies set bad example- speeding everywhere- He is responsible for his own fate. Can't blame anyone else. My lawyer friend loves people who sue out of Principal. only the lawyers win.

what are you talking about? Walker wasnt driving.

I agree only the lawyer wins in this case and it is in no way the fault of the Porsche.

I also somewhat resent the implication that it was a normal speed- that business park is not a freeway with guard rails or a race track with runoff. They were going 80-100mph in a 40mph zone.

The driver (rodas) is 100% at fault for bad driving. The implication that him and paul were professional level drivers is also somewhat disheartening as someone who employs pro drivers. She or her lawyers should go after rodas' estate or someone should reach out and let her family know that their legal team is a bunch of greedy vampires.

Is anyone responsible for their own actions? The answer always seems to be, get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against the one with the most $$$$. Don't get me started

The girl and lawyer are not thinking clearly - Paul Walker did great things for many and most if not all of the time it was anonymous.

OTH - Porsche should send her and her lawyer a VW tdi and call it a day.

Cause that's the American way. It's not about who is at fault, but who's got the most money or the dirtiest lawyer.

Welcome to the great US of A!

Porsche will tell the daughter to sue the driver.....
Kind of like the gun and killer routine. Do you sue the gun maker or the killer's family?

Paul being a car guy wouldnt want to see his daughter sue porsche IMO.

Sad all the way around.

Completely agree it's sad all around but surprisingly TMZ did offer a different side of the story than the police not that it changes what caused the death. Poor decision to speed on public roads with 9 yr old tires is why Paul Walker died.
