What's the chrome circular part behind the passenger door? External oil fill?

Finalized my color and stripe colors. Aubergine with sport classic grey stripe/Porsche.

Awesome choice !!

My first 911 was Aubergine, though that pic/render looks more like burgundy (024) than Aubergine.
Congrats

WSH, agree the render color is off. I used it more to help pick the stripe, whether to go ghosted or contrasting. Aubergine was tough to photograph as well, when I went to Singer and saw the color sample. It looks black in some light and purple in others. I am excited to get it in this classic Porsche color. Do you have an pictures of your Aubergine car?

Sold the car over 20 years ago so nothing but old photos....
It did look exactly like pics #2 & 3 in your last post
Absolutely wonderful color.
Nice to see something other than Richard Petty blue (Mexico/Riviera/Blue Turquoise) or green
Cant wait to see the final product. Singer detail is simply breathtaking

We need an update.

Also, I was at Lake Forest Super Cars near Chicago and in the back show room there was a Singer 911 that looked like Dubai. Does it belong to anyone here? Sorry for the bad pics

I've got a good life, great career and family. Have a few nice cars.
But I absolutely envy anon918 and swb3 and their autos!
Enjoy your good fortune and great cars, gentlemen. Keep up the photos.

Yes that is my Dubai. They had a couple customers that expressed some interest in ordering a car from Singer through them. I offered to lend it to them for a bit. Its headed back home in the next week or so.

Default Singer 76 Boston

Well Guys,
I've been in the cue with my Singer. Donor purchased, chosen Pistachio. Currently scheduled delivery June or July. I'll send pics when the fun begins!

Only a lurker on rennlist, but had to respond on your perfect spec Singer!! Is it the same color as JK's 2.7 Carrera RS. Sure does looks like it.

Lot of future 911 Singers owners here, can not wait for the final results.

All the best.
CH.
