I had chated with Ben while he waited for the Silver CGT delivery. He was very happy with his CGT and who wouldn't. I'm saddened about this tragic event. May he and his friend RIP. May his wife and family be comforted by our Prayers.

Truly terrible. I, too, feel sick. Ben was such a great contributor--very level-headed, knowledgeable, and sharing. My greatest condolences to his family and those involved. RIP, Ben, and thanks for all your contributions.

A sad day...
My condolences to Ben's family and friends.
The passenger in the car was Cory Rudl, who owned a 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago Barchetta Blue. The car had overheated during the track event.
During the Scuderia Rampage last month, Cory was at Spring Mountain on Saturday for the track event and his car was also overheating. I had the pleasure of sitting next to him during lunch and we talked about the cars he had had in the past, including Porsches, Ferraris, and the Lambo. He was a very nice young man and it is a tragic loss. He was married a month ago.

I see Ben_lj's name all over forums/sites. He was like the go to info guy when it comes to cars, a true enthusiast... I was shocked when I found out thru F-Chat, it really is a sad day for all of us... Prayers and condolences goes out to both families (driver/passenger). Rest in Peace...

Wow, I had no idea that was a rennlist member when I saw the pics. I've read all of his posts for the last few months and saw him as a great contributor and person. RIP.
