Total911_GT3RS

Does anyone know how Porsche determines who they send their promotional mailings to? I recently received a GT3 screen cleaner and a 918 binder. I do have a GT3RS so that may explain why I received the GT3 mailing piece. However I also have a 997 gen 2 turbo but never received the mailing some people received of the 991 turbo active aerodynamics model. I see the active aerodynamics model was sent to European prospects but not sure if it has gone out in the U.S.A. yet. Just wondered how they determine prospective customers. Would love to hear any thoughts on how Porsche decides and if anyone received the Active Aerodynamics model.
