Recently got a CEL p1021, throttle position sensor. Car runs fine, momentarily went away but cam right back.
Scheduled for dealer in two weeks....thoughts? Is this common?

Are you sure about the definition "throttle position sensor"? OBD2 codes that start with a P1xxx are manufacturer specific and the definition for P1021 for a Macan may not be the same for another Porshe model.
A google search didn't find any other Macan owners reporting this error so based on that I'd say it is rare.
If you can you might stop in at the dealer or call the dealer and ask the service department what the error likely means and if the car is ok to continue to use until you can bring the car in 2 weeks hence.
