I saw an M5 on Sunday made me think of this thread. Don't know about the performance or pricing but for a 4 door sedan it had an impressive stance.

The latest M5 has done very poorly in comparison tests. They also seem to depreciate at a frightening rate.

I traded in my 2014 M5 for the macan turbo.

I will say that if I lived in a warm enough climate I would have kept the m5 tremendous car and totally different than the macan.

It really was a great great car, I needed AWD though. Anytime temps dropped into the 40s traction was horrible and winters are super expensive and impractical

It does depreciate but I don't think that much more than any other car. It's 20% when you drive off the lot. My new turbo s probably has the same percentage hit
