No all-seasons in 21". Best bet is a winter tire. Pirelli now makes a Scorpion Winter tire in 21" that fits. You want the winter compound anyway. All-seasons compromise handling and stopping on both hot ,summer days and dry, cold winter days.

I ended up opting for 20" RS Spyder Design Wheels.
Hopefully going down to 20" wheels will widen my choices for tires.
