We are after the Modas config files to suit a 2011 997.2 Cup Car. We have the Modas V3 software installed and the Bosch MSA-Box 2 cable.

Any help appreciated!

Sorry to bother you but I also need the modas config file for my 2011 997.2 cup. I have a coming back "ECU Diag" on dashboard.

I could also do with the Modas config files to suit a 2011 997.2 Cup Car if it was possible to get them?

I also have "ECU Diag" displaying on the Dash. Any ideas what this signifies? The other warning I'm getting is "Cool P High" obviously referring to the coolant pressure. I've had the coolant and pressure checked out and it all seems fine but i keep getting the warning. The car runs perfectly well and all temperatures are good. Again, does anybody have any ideas on this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry it’s me again. I do not find the solution to communicate with my ECU. I have read all your posts since years but...

Car is a 997.2 CUP 2011 with his original ECU MS3.1

I have a brand new MSA Box 2 and I have installed his last version software 2.03.

At the end of installing, I have this window with « The application may be launched by selecting the installed icons » …… but NO ICONS






In the procedure, after installing this software the plug in of MSA BOX should load a driver. But nothing happens when I connect it..




Question after all that, it’s not clear if MSA Box 2 work with Windows 10. Is it work with ?



Next step, I have manually launched « bootloader » to update MSA Box and have the last firmware

B : 02.09

I : O1.09

It seems that work. So there is communication between laptop and MSA Box ...




But, MSA BOX is still lighting alternatively in green and red (one short after a long). Same if the ECU (swithed on) is connected wit MSA BOX or not.

Still no MSA icon or driver starting when connecting it


I have loaded of course last version of ModasSport

I received from two friendly members config files of 2010 and 2012 997 cup with .cfv extension. MANY THANKS

I placed these files in the config directory of my workbase … but nothing hapens…. It seems that I need a .A2L or .HEX file







Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have A2L and/or Hex files for this car ?

i want to communicate with my 997 GT3 Cup 2012 as i need to check the ECU with Modas V3 but it seems Porsche Didn't give me the config file for the Bosch ECU :/

Would you happen to have Modas configuration files for a 997.2 Cup? Its a 2011 car but has had all the 2013 updates... I would like to connect to the car via the Bosch MSA II cable.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

We own a 997 CUP car from 2007 and we want to be able to diagnose the ecu. We bought the MSA Box II and I have installed RaceCon on a laptop. I think I need the 997.1 CUP files to be able to access the ECU.

Does anyone have these available and can they send them to me? dlkoiter at gmail.com

Hi, Sorry to bring up an old thread once again.
would anyone on here still have the config (A2L Files) for the 996 gt3 cup I used to have them but my laptop died unfortunately and I lost them.
have the MSA box 2 just need the files to communicate with it again.
