Default Pagid vs PFC - 997.1 Cup

I'm currently running a 997.1 Cup on Pagid Yellows and was considering switching to Black as I hoping for a bit more initial bite.

I was wondering what people out there run and more importantly why.

Any input would be appreciated

Black in the rear and yellows in front. I did it the other way in my 996 and it wasn't as good.

Thanks - I've tried that
Ever try the PFC's ?
Perception is that a lot of West Coast guys run them and curious as to what they like about them

PFC are a good pad for the money, can be used right down to the backing plates but are known to be harsh on rotors.

If you want more bit than the RS29 you may want to look at the RSL1 compound.

I use paid blacks front and rear on my 997.1 and like the bite, wear on rotors and longevity.

I prefer the stock green Motorsport pads on the 997.1
Better bite and modulation, use bias **** to adjust ...

8004 is what we show:

http://www.paragon-products.com/Pagi...8004-pagid.htm

The 8003 is the same pad shape but 2mm thinner.

PFC 08 compound with PFC slotted disc is our choice and now PFC is standard equipment from Motorsports on the 991's . PFC has a" new style " hats with clip/spring so no more hardware kits and having to pre build up spare rotor sets.

Clark @ Apex Performance supplies our team.
