Bosch MSA box II FS

For most people it's probably best used as a diagnostic tool (if you get a check engine light).though reasons for that light coming on are limited anyway i think ? Or for looking at engine parameters , including total hours, over revs and a vast array of others and change the pit lane speed limit if you have that functionality. For what it does it's expensive (just my opinion). I understand durametric has a version of it's diagnostics with the correct lead for similar money that will do some of what MODAS/MSA does and give you diags for other P cars you might own. Theoretically with MODAS / MSA 11 you can also change maps with it. But Porsche motorsport have locked that bit i believe.
A lot of info can be found on Bosch motorsport website and by searching on here. There is also info in the model year tech docs that explains it far better than I.
It's possible to build the cable but without the interface it's not a lot of good. PST2 will not recognise the MS3.1 ecu, so that's out as well. Unless someone knows otherwise ?
