There's a Marriott Courtyard, Residence Inn and Hilton Garden Inn that are real close to the track and relatively new.

I went through this drill yesterday. The hotels that are right at the track, referenced above, are sold out. You'll have to go down to the beach, which is about a 5-10 min drive... not bad at all. I booked at Perry's Ocean Edge. $99/night for an efficiency which has three beds, so none of us masculine dudes need to spoon each other. Nothing fancy but is the spot of choice for the Grassroots Motorsports guys. See you there!

By now you will have to stay by the beach. Now, you should go to billy's Tap Room for dinner ( make reservations) and there is a great sushi place about 10 minutes north of the track. Must find the name.

Sushi. North on Williamson. Takeya Steakhouse. Not cheap but we had a very nice meal and not overcrowded like every other place close to DIS.

Its "showroom stock" racing. 2 classes, 2.5hr races with 2 drivers. IMO Some of the best road racing in america right now. The plan is to run both the boxster from last year and our new cayman.
