Default Ignition switch not turning on fuel pump

Ran into a problem on the track today. When I turn ignition switch ON with power ON all I got was silence - the normal fuel pump priming noise was not there. I check every single fuse and relay in and out of the car and both of my fuel pumps outside of the fuel cell are working when I turn ON the BOSCH fuel pump service switch. I also remove the dash panel and looked at every single wires and they are fine. When I rapidly cycle main power switch (red square button) with ignition switch ON then the fuel pump power up and I am able to start the car as shown in video.

Anyone encounter this issue with 7 Cup? Any help and suggestion is appreciated

Cheers

Mike

Weird thing. But the pump doesen´t sound healthy anyway...

What´s the FP (Fuelpressure) if the problem happens? Did the car start without any issues after the on/off procedure?

those pump inside the tank are probably shot. i had a brand new 2012 cup which came with 3 shot pumps, had to replace. i think they were like 170 each nothing too too terrible but takes some effort and annoyance to get in the cell, remove the baffling, get to the pumps, replace, put it all back. a few hours.
assuming thats it, and its not wiring.
take it to a shop.
