07-997 Cup car Tub for Sale
For sale 2007 997 cup tub, includes fenders , and a used 06 rear bumper ,I would like to sell the tub for 18k obo,
will post pictures later on this weekend, tub is located in the Seattle area..

Used tub, four races, RR qrtr damage and repaired, vin was cut out by PMNA vin stamp on sheet-metal (just to the left of the battery tray), no time to repair between races, original car was re-tubbed, this tub was then kept as spare..... vin sticker/plate still on the tub,

PMNA requires that the vin plate be cut out and returned to PMNA before they will sell you a tub. That vin # is then stamped into the new tub and the old tub is supposed to be destroyed.
Anyone buying this tub will not be able to get PMNA to replace it since it has no vin tab.
I tried to get PMNA to sell me a tub based on my 997 GT3 tub and they would not do it since it was a street tub and vin.
When I finally found a tub from Farnbacher Loles, it had a blank tab, PMNA forgot to stamp the old vin onto it, luckily they remembered it and had records of replacing the tub. So hopefully I will never need to replace it, but it nice to know that I can in the future.
Whoever buys this tub probably shouldn't be telling PMNA they have it.
