Sachs 2-way Shock Pressure
Just had my Cup shocks rebuilt by David Glenn and he set the pressures at Front-75psi Rears-225psi. Kelly-Moss suggested Front -130psi and Rear 180. Whats the best setup?

This is a subject dear to my heart...... Factory settings are 85 fronts, 225 rears. On smooth tracks I tried up to 120 fronts without noticing much difference. At Cal Speedway and Las Vegas Motorspeedway, 2 tracks with bumps on their high speed ovals, I lowered the fronts to 65 and the rears to 190 per the recommendation of Dennis Aase. It certainly handled the bumps better keeping me from getting airborne, but I felt I was losing something on the tight infield infield turns. I think that you have to adjuct for the track and the type of turns you're running on. If it's smooth I would opt for the higher pressures.
Your sway bars will have a much bigger influence on your cup's handling. Where does Kelly Moss say to set them?...

This one from RaceTech works great with the stock Sachs. It has several advantages over the others I have tried. 1) it will seat on the short Sachs valve stems without entensions, 2) the **** you use to tighten it on the valve stem is much easier to use than most (hard to explain, see pictures), 3) the method for bleeding off pressure is simple but works great.
The only downside is the guage is sort of cheap. The rest of the tool is really well made though.

My cup would lean like a drunken sailor with the rear bar that soft. I almost always run the rear bar full stiff, with the front 1-off full stiff like you. Have you changes the rear springs to something stiffer? That would explain the softer rear bar setting.....
