Default 2014 Cayman or 2015 Cayman S

I'm moving from my 2010 Cayman S to either a CPO Cayman or Cayman S. Excluding optional equipment, is it worth while considering a non S at all? I hear that a non S really has to be worked to perform as compared to an S. The non S is a 6 speed. The S is PDK. My current 2010 S is a PDK. I've been happy with it all around. Now I might be considering the non S pricing if I'd not be let down with the non S performance. Also...are the non Bose sound systems worthwhile ar all? I now have a Bose. Thanks for any input.

Personally I like my manual in the base Cayman ('08) I own. I don't track my car. From others they may say that if you are going to track your car get the S with PDK. With the PDK you'll get somewhat faster shifting but you'll also add 70 pounds to your car with the PDK transmission over the manual. This is kind of like a Ford vs. Chevy debate. Opinions are going to be varied.
