Santa Came Early! 2011 Cayman S
This is my first Porsche and I am loving the car. Moving to the Cayman from a 2004 Audi S4. I loved my 4.2 liter 8, but driving this Cayman is a whole new level of fun. I have been looking for about 2 months and finally found this one locally. Still has over a year of CPO left as well.
I have removed the front license plate holder and have a set of BumperPlugs on order. Also have a set of clear turn signal lenses on the way.
This Forum has been a great source of information, so thanks to everyone who contributes!
Stats:
Miles: 34,000
Platinum Silver Metallic
Black Standard Leather
342 Multi-stage Heating System
409 18" Cayman S II Wheel
480 Manual transmission
541 Seat Ventilation Front
619 Bluetooth Interface for Mobile Phone
810 Floor Mats in Interior Color
AN Black Standard Leather
P15 Electrically adjustable seats (Wife Requirement)
P4N Convenience Package
P4W Infotainment Package with BOSE

Another new owner!
It looks nicely optioned and should serve you well for lots of satisfying driving.
As you note I can certainly imagine that it is a much different car than your S4.
Thinking about the S4 compared to a Cayman I remember that someone concluded in a forum thread awhile back that an S4 is a sedan that is very sporting by virtue of its engine and Audi's expertise in AWD and suspension tuning, but a mid-engine Porsche is a sports car.
Meaning of course that there is quite a world of difference between a sports sedan and a sports car.
Enjoy.
I am starting to feel anxious to drive my P-cars, which are put away for the winter, and seeing photos of cars out in the mild weather you folks in the east are currently enjoying doesn't help.

Ghetto 944 owner here, peeking over the fences into the Cayman neighborhood.
Looks awesome. Hoping for something similar next year. The handling is so sharp, and the exterior so sensuous. You're going to have a lot of fun.
