Default Why so low price on this Cayman? I'm a 928 guy, looking at this car

What's up with this deal? Is there some reason I shouldn't go write them a check and get a PPI? What am I missing? I know squadoosh about the Cayman.

It's a base car with 60k on the clock, $20k is average price.

Don't plan on flipping it but if it's what you want and the PPI checks out then write the check, it's a good price if so.
