Why are used 2014 Caymans so expensive?
I've been trying to find a used 2014 Cayman/Cayman S in a decent color with manual and almost no options, and it seems most cars out there are used and still about the same cost as I could get a new one for. Yes, sometimes they have options, but sometimes they have surprisingly few options. Or do I just need to be patient? What's a good price on a car with 15k or fewer miles and almost no options? Edit: is Bluetooth iPhone calls an option? That's one of the few "must have" features to me.

I saw a black cayman 6 speed at STG (used car dealer in ontario,CA) for $48k. They've had the car for 3 months so they're keen on dealing. Only has 4000+ miles. Well optioned with some minor paint scuffs on the bumper and stuff. It might be worth a look

I had a similar thread started on this. I leased a 2015 cayman s with considerable options loaded. I also looked at 2014 but they were very expensive so went with leasing new.
It's a 30 month lease and surprisingly the buyout option at the end of the lease is 52k which is very good imo.
I may end up buying it as I love the car.
On thing I noted is I see at least dozens of 911s before I can see a 981. This is one of the motivation factors for me to buy cayman as the car is very unique and awesome!

2014 prices?
How much depreciation should a 2014 Cayman S pdk have by now?
Very low miles, owner got a gt4 instead.
What should a car that listed for $79k be worth now?
