Our FlowForm wheels are created using a unique casting and forming process that obtains strengths and weights similar (not identical) to a forged wheel.
The process begins by pouring molten aluminum into a mold face-side-down followed by rapid cooling. The alloy is thereby condensed, enhancing the elastic strength and durability of the aluminum.
(Please see the attachment below for this part): After the wheel is formed [a] it is pulled from the mold and placed into the flow-forming tooling [b] which is similar to the concept of a potters’ wheel. This process stretches the barrel to a defined profile and thickness, ultimately giving the wheel its final shape [c]. This “stretching” improves the grain structure of the aluminum making it stronger, lighter and more precise than a non-flow-formed barrel, resulting in forged aluminum-like strength.
FlowForm wheels are currently offered in high-offset and medium offset profiles. They come in a variety of finishes and are in stock for a wide range of vehicles, including, Porsches.

19" for cars w/ PCCBs will likely require caliper shaving while non-PCCB cars might be plug-n-play.
Tire sizes will vary so we'll have to wait and see.

We're anticipating a similar setup as the current-gen GT3 - 19x9 ET50 or so and 19x11 with an ET of about 35-40. The Caymans have always been good in terms of offset.

thanks, I figured the 19" will be fine for steel brakes since the PCCB's are 1" larger. the big unknown is if 18" will work.
