Smile Cayman GT4

Got some questions about Cayman GT4:

1. How many years will be made?

2. How many total worldwide units will be produced?

Thanks

I don't think anyone knows the answers to either of these questions. There are two pretty in depth threads on the GT4 though, one in the other Cayman / Boxter section (987 / 981) and the other in the 991 GT3 section. Everything is still rumor.

The first model year of the GT4 is 2016 and that means it will likely only be made for one year in that form, as the 2017 model year will introduce the 981.2 facelift cars. There certainly could be a new version of the GT4 based on the facelift but that would qualify as a different sub-model.

Just because it's not yet announced in a press release doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Even Porsche CEO, Hatz, has confirmed it and said it makes close to 400hp.

Sort of a joke post by me....but you can't order one yet, no mention from Porsche of the name just spy photos of a more aggressive Cayman.
I hope they do it though.

Since the picture was my first post i should introduce myself.

My name is Max and i am from Austria. I have no Porsche at the moment but i am a huge Porschefan. My stepfather has a 50 Jahre 911 and he had a Panamera 4, a Cayenne S 957, a Cayenne Hybrid 958 and a 997 Targa 4S Facelift and my grandfather has a 997 GTS Convertible and had a 997 Carrera S PreFacelift in Sealgrey. And they have and had some of those cars because of me. ;-) I will show you some pics of those cars.

Have a nice day
Max

PS: I am working on the not having a own Porsche situation ;-)

So they'll release info on the GT4 before the 991 GT3 RS?
