Default Problem with Cayman

I have a 2007 porsche cayman. It has started to have a rotational noise. When you press the clutch in, it goes away after a second. It starts after about ten minutes of driving and becomes more and more frequent as you go. I'm thinking a clutch or transmission problem. It may have started after i taught my girlfriend clutch

Noise is attached

If the noise occurs only when pushing in the clutch, it could be a throw out bearing. Not likely to be the transmission. If you disassemble the clutch, put a new one in.
