Default 2009 Cayman S vs. base model

I am aware of the different engines on each model but can't find any info on suspension and brakes. Are these components the same on a 2009 S & base model. Thanks.....

FWIW, I believe that on the 987.1 the brakes are beefier on the 'S' versus the base. (I know you are asking re. the 987.2)

On the 987-2 the brakes are the same. The only difference is that the S calipers are red. The std suspension is also the same on both models. I previously owned a 12 Cayman.

By the way the 2.9 engine is a great one! Not DFI but IMHO one of the best they have made and no known problems.
