Default Help Needed for Fitting 997 Turbo Wheels on Cayman S

Has anyone successfully fitted 997 Turbo wheels or other 19x11 rear wheels on a Cayman S? I have a friend that has an opportunity to purchase these wheels, but we have concerns for the tight fit on the rear (19 x 11). We know that Porsche offers the Turbo look wheels with different offsets/size for the 987/Cayman, so the 19 x 11 will require spacers.

And since my search has not been very successful, any help would be much appreciated. We also understand the concerns with added weight, understeer, etc, but factual experience would be more beneficial than opinions.

Thanks for your help,
Darrell

you will need to get 17MM spacers for the back and you should be just fine.....
the fronts are the same width as what he's got on now.But you might want to get 5-7mm spacers,
you can get them at Tire Rack, you need to call them, they dont have them on the website, or you can get FVD.....
