Didn't I ever put these up on this thread? Apparently not. Friend's Ruf Cayman (supercharged). We picked up our cars a day apart at Zuffenhausen.

I know that car - custom color - "Azzuro Santa Barbara"

There was a write-up in Excellence IIRC. Gorgeous, perfect car...

That's the one! Joe saw how much trouble I was getting from Porsche on my Paint To Sample that he decided to let Ruf paint it while they were stuffing the SC onto it.

Dan, it's so amazing... If he EVER wants to sell, please have him contact me. I absolutely love every part of that car. If I move back to SD, I'll drive up to see both of your wild machines.

I think you did post these way back. Very pretty car! Can you answer a question for me? Are Ruf wheels and Techart wheels the same thing?
I LOVE those wheels on every Porsche!!!

Good question. Here was the reply I just got back from RUF.

Hi McGarrett,

Not sure who makes the Wheels for Techart, ours are made by OZ Racing

Regards
I'd say OZ probably make them for Techart also. They are very similar.

Wow, I never saw that coming. When I see TA or Ruf I never think OZ?? OZ must be a major manufacturer if they are also doing private label stuff for other companies. Interesting.

Thanks for the info!

I have BBS's on my 993. You would be amazed at what companies BBS supplies.
