Default How to check if these rims are OEM?

Seller on Craigslist says they are but I'm skeptical. They're 22" and I didn't think GTS came in 22" as OEM wheels.

The first clue for me is that the tires are Nexan roadian. A really cheap Chinese tire that about 50% will not take a high speed balance or go out of balance very fast. A favourite of used car dealers who want to show new tires. LOL As mentioned ask for a pic to the specs on the rim.

The 957 GTS wheels are all made in Italy, in 21" size. Those are reps, pictured.

OEM Porsche wheels have little triangle logos on the inside of the wheel. But I can also confirm the previous comment that those wheels are not original.

No, the Panamera Turbo II wheel is OEM and 22". However, the 955/957 suspension geometry was optimized to run on 21" wheels, ideally...

I guess you are right there, I was thinking of other models.

I don't think this style wheel was ever offered on a Panamera, so to be more clear, the fact that these wheels in this style are 22s, means they're not OEM.

Also, all OEM Porsche wheels have the wheel width and offset molded onto the wheel right by the valve stem, like on these OEM 21s.

Not always. For example the 19 inch OEM 997.1 TT wheels and the 20 inch RS Spyder wheels on my Cayenne aren't stamped.

Porsche does not have any OEM 22" wheels, let a lone on the Panamera. The previous gen Panamera had 20" wheels and the new one 21" (as the largest option).

Interesting, though surprising, but OK.

The sport designs that came on my wife's car were stamped, the GT3 wheels on it now are stamped, the Carrera lightweights that were on my 928 were stamped, as are the Cayenne ones in the photo...

Nonetheless, I think it's pretty clear to the OP that these 22s are not.

The shape of the 22's in question are slightly different from the ones Pete shows. The edge of the lip is rounded going into the barrel of the rim on the genuine ones - it's squared off on the 22's. Also the blend of the spoke into the barrel of the rim is slightly different, and the spokes have a slightly different front profile.

Close - but no banana..
