Default Selling my 2008 CTT

Love the vehicle but my daughter and her family are having some financial struggles after he recently lost his job. I'm going to take over one of their car payments and drive their second car for a while, thus the sale of this awesome example.

Located in the midwest about 100 miles south of St. Louis. Since I purchased it I've put new DWS 06 tires on (4000 miles ago) and replaced the windshield which fixed the leak I was experiencing. This CTT is well equipped with PDCC and tow package. The 21" wheels were totally refinished by the prior owner last year and look new. It only has a couple minor flaws that I can point out, but most people have asked me if it's new, it looks that good.

Here's my purchase announcement thread. PM me if you want more details. Asking $29,900 OBO. Currently at 94,000 miles

Looking for a CTT!!!!

Would consider an S also if brake were done fairly recently but most of all looking for a well kept PIG. No 6 owner vehicles or any that are priced $5k over blue book.....

Budget is $16k and willing to travel a bit as long as I can drive it back! Thank you everybody.

I'm not affiliated with the seller here, but my goodness, this looks like a screaming deal on a low mile CTT! Great interior color combo as well.

If I hadn't bought my own CTT a few months ago I'd be giving this a very hard look. Seems like there were very few option boxes the original owner didn't check ...

wow, yea. Looks similar to my option list. And I LOVE the Espresso/Cognac interior (although I really love the Yachting Mahogany wood highlighting inbetween the Espresso & Cognac a little better than plain aluminum). And I also really love my wider aluminum gear shifter too with the leather surrounds. I prefer my 14-way seat foam, -vs the stiffness of the 18-way, but at this price & option list for that CTT, I would get used to it.

Roof rails seem to fall in two different camps of love-it or hate-it, but the bottom line is they cannot be added later, so why not have them. This one does, which is another plus in my book. Missing the tow package, but that can be added later.

PDCC/PTV has been awesome for me too. Not sure the ceramics are really needed in a Cayenne though. I see PCCB's as appropriate when you're running DE's to prevent fading when you're trying to slow a 5k lb vehicle. But for slower speed autocrossing, my regular calipers have been fine.

As long as all the service maintenance & carfax history checks out, That's a great CTT for anyone in that budget range! Probably will not last long.

Totally agree with you Steve on the aluminum looking a bit out of place in the interior and a few other minor things (not a fan of RS Spyders, but they are throwing in Turbo IIs), but otherwise I think this is a VERY well optioned vehicle.

Yeah that looks like a beautiful well optioned CTT, but as RAudi pointed out, might want to do a little more digging on the selling dealer! They have a great eBay rating, but who knows?

Appears to be nice vehicle though.

That seems to be the only report on that website about the dealer. And it's a somewhat incoherent report. I can imagine the dealer getting frustrated with the customer since it appears he changed his demands as time went on.

The vehicle price is OK as far as can see for the year/miles - but one should consider that there may be problems registering the car for use in the USA, and that should be clear before making an offer on it. In cases like this - the manufacturer has to give the EPA a letter specifying the vehicle meets all US standards, and there may also be a safety requirement letter too. I know with BMWs coming from Canada - getting this letter can be quite difficult. BMW-Canada does not like to give them out.

Other than that - nicely equipped car. And before spending $60 large on a vehicle, I'd assume any potential buyer would insist on a PPI by a reputable Porsche dealer. I would - especially if I was bidding blind (not able to lay my own hands on the vehicle.)

BTW - on Ebay the dealer has 100% rating and NO negative reports for at least the last 12 months. That makes me suspect of the entire report on the ripoffreport website. The guy reporting it said in his screed "i posted a review on EBAY and within 24 hours i was informed that a 3rd party company which PAUL MOTOR COMPANY paid for had it removed." - Huh? That sounds highly unlikely. More likely is the dealer responded to the eBay complaint in a manner that eBay found satisfactory. My experience with eBay is that it's very buyer focused when it comes to complaints.

And what's up with the name of the people, and the name of the company always entered in all caps in the complaint?
