I just picked up a CYHY rear mirror mount HD cam from amazon and is working great. It mounts onto the rearview mirror and looks stock. It did not come with instructions and wondering if anyone else using this unit?
How do I activate emergency recording? What is the max gb memory card it holds?
I pulled the sd card and I see 1 minute videos in HD video quality. I will try using a 64GB card tomorrow.

I tried installing a 64 gb memory card and it did not work. I couldnt log into the wifi.
CYHY contacted me back with the necessary android app to configure the device.
Very happy with this setup.

I figured it out.
The manual is in chinese.
32gb is max. I found a site that has more information on this which helped.

HD cams in cars are popular in Asia. I was told that night/low light recording quality is key. You want to be able to capture license plates clearly during that time.

wifi name is cyhy and password is 12345678
At night its clear. Very satisfied with this product.

This is a super old thread, but does anyone know where I can get one of these dash cams? Seems like they are no longer in production. OP, you still use it?

I wonder if there is a way to tap off the power from the rearview mirror or dome light and not tie up the obd port.
