Hi all, I've got a 2005 CTT that's started throwing code P2451. The description is Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Sense Circuit. I've searched around on various sites and found other people that have had the same issue, but haven't been able to find a fix for it.

Does anyone have any further info on this code and where to get started with fixing it?
