Default DIY Oil Change Video

Hey all,

Decided I'd video while I did the 3.2L Cayenne oil / filter change, my contribution as a "new guy", thought it might help a few people in the future. Oh and if you want to see me get a mouthful of hot, used motor oil stay tuned for the outtakes

Wow, great work. Now if you had a turbo, you could do a vid of coolant pipe and coolant T replacements.

Speaking of, you recently tackled tour T, right? How terrible was it?

Nice job, looks like you didn't see my post on your other thread advising to take the plug out of the oil filter housing before removing the housing itself

No I did, thanks for the tip, and I thought about it but honestly it didn't make too much of a mess if you just crack it and let it drain slow then have a wide enough catch basin. Only a couple drops spilled on the ground, but doing it with the allen key would have been cleaner no doubt

I did it once without removing the coolant pipes and it was a pain. The second one I did I replaced the coolant pipes and there was a little more room. Now that I know my way around it would only add about 1/2 hour to the whole procedure.
