I'd drive it. I think it looks better on 964 and Panamera, but it's dark enough to get away with on the Cayenne.

I buy my cars for me, not for whoever owns them next. I love it, would definitely consider this color.

Looks great to me... and since I don't buy new cars anymore - I'm not worried about the depreciation effect of a color.

Thanks guys, I passed on, as I just couldn't get over the color... the car was heavily discounted due to color, '11 S Hybrid with 100K+ sticker (pretty much every option), sold around 50K...

Haven't seen any other colors like mine around. And I just just noticed yesterday that neighbor 4 doors away bought a Cayenne. She said she got it about 6 months ago. We've only had this one for just over a month. My neighbor's car is Umber Metallic.

You don't see many of those! Great for Mardi Gras and Wimbledon. And LSU fans.

I would drive it unapologetically and would buy it, particularly at the right price. I think I would prefer the Peridot Green or even the Signal Orange for every day. But Amethyst would work I think.

Is this a stock color? I did not think PTS was available on a Cayenne.

I saw a lavender BMW the other day. No way I would have one that color.
