Default Do I need lower control arm bushings?

Every time I hit the 3"lip of my slightly raised garage's concrete pad, there's a clunk in the front .... almost like shocks bottoming out, and this is at middle setting on the air suspension. I know the front left axle is crunchy toast as well. Tight right hand turn into garage yields crunchiness.

Turbo S arms or press in the bushings? I have an 04 Turbo.

How do I visually inspect or is that impossible? I looked but can't see much.

I love and plan on keeping the turbo for a while just don't know if it's worth going whole hog and getting the S arms all ready to go?
