Default Cartronics BT/Ipod unit help

Greetings Gentlemen

Looking for a little help. I bought the Cartronics BT/Ipod unit for my CS in 2009. It has worked fine. I have noticed that on the last firmware update(1.9.4), I have been getting some funky behavior on my radio. When the radio is playing, I get two different incidents. First one is the radio/ipod/bt will cut out and pause. After about 1-2 seconds the radio continue playing. Second is the radio will cut out and then I hear the CD mechanism inside the radio. The music will come back and after about 2-3 seconds, I get a message on the radio screen, "System Failure-CD Changer Not Available". The radio continues working. I have to press the right **** to "enter" and the radio works fine. Sometimes, it only happens once and sometimes it will happen three times in one minute. Its a little frustrating and annoying. I am way past the one year warranty that Cartronics has and tech support is not available through them.

Any insights from other Cartronic/mObridge owners?
