We have been applying Nikasil with success to Alusil and Nikasil Porsche 928, 944, 968 blocks for some time to add the toughness and scratch resistance of Nikasil to the Alusil foundation.

We just finished making the anodes necessary to Nikasil the Cayenne V8, and have processed our first few motors.

This post is just to let you know that a repair process is available for your Cayenne block should you ever need to repair a scratched cylinder wall.
