Default Changing Tire Size

If I were to go with a different tire size on the Transsyberia, is the computer change needed for the speedo and the rest of the electronics changeable in the operators control panel; or does it require a change by the dealer service department's computer?

Curious. I know I'm going to want more rubber between the rim and the road than the factory provided 55 profile tires.

Nothing car be done using the dealer tester. In the dash computer you have an option of all the factory tire sizes. Best bet is to compare your tire size with the factory sizes and use an online calc to see what is the best match.
