The best summer tires are...
I've narrowed my search down to the Michelin Latitude Sports and the Toyo Proxes S/T, these will be summer tires on 19" rims (275/45R19). Will appreciate any and all comments.

I have about 11K miles on my 18" Pirellis. I hear a lot about tires wearing out on Cayennes, but for some reason, my tires are barely worn after 11K miles. I'll report back at 20K and hopefully 30K miles.

I have run both, and while the Michelins do give a bit softer and quieter ride, the Proxys will last 3 times longer! My current set of Toyo's is at 25k miles and they still have 10k left.... and they ride and handle just fine! The best I ever got from the Michelins was 15k.

I don't know the Toyo as we don't sell them, but of the tires we do in that size I would say the Latitude or the Continental Extreme Contact DWS are most popular. Please give me a call if I can help.

Ugh Proxes suck.....

Damon, can you get the skinny on the Continental DWS availability? At one point one of your shipping sites had an estimated date, but no longer. They will be available sometime, correct?

From all I've read another excellent choice.
It's nice to have some good options.......

Best summer tires would be the free ones - just have not had any luck finding them in stock anywhere.
Used to run the P-Zero Rosso's in the 2004 Cayenne Turbo - now run the Continental DWS's - not as sticky or as stiff of a sidewall or treadblock but last longer and way quieter.
