Default Wavetrac, Quaife or GT for LSD?

I've decided the next modifications are suspension and LSD. Leaving the motor alone.

I've "almost" got the suspension nailed down...and as I turn to the LSD, I find 3 main competitors.

Anyone on here actually use Wavetrac? Does there system work as advertised?

My 04 C4S has PSM and I remember reading that the ratio on the Quaife did not upset the PSM system and closely matched the optional Porsche LSD. Currently, she's a daily driver with as many track days as I can fit in a summer, but I am slowly transforming her to a track only car.

Or should I not care about the PSM as I'll (eventually) be switching the DME to a cup system?

Any feedback or suggestions?

Cheers
sean

Sean,

JMHO, but the best option here is the Guard LSD, hands down. Nothing else is built as well nor works as nicely. Plus, the support is outstanding.

So really, it's just built quality? Nothing unique in the performance of these units? Like, they all do the exact same thing?

I suggest you post this same thread in the Racing and Driver's Education Forum. You'll get many more responses.

Quaife is not an LSD, it a product similar to GT Guards TBD - it locks in on acceleration but does not lock on braking so it does not improve stability during deceleration.
for track only car obviously GTG LSD is a best option, if you have the $.
