Default WHAT 05 TURBO S MODS TO GET 650 HP??

Hello, I'm a new member to the forum!! Just bought a 13,000 mile, 05 turbo S convt Tip and looking for various performance upgrades. I own a high-end performance & custom shop in the Geist reservoir Indianapolis area and we can install and program almost anything in house. What are my most cost effective options for around 650hp while maintaining reliability and drive-ability?

Sport Exhaust
Upgraded Diverter Valves
Upgraded Intercoolers
Upgraded Boost Hoses
Modified Manifold Intake
Fueling Upgrade
Larger Turbo Inlet Ducts
Modified Headers
Denso Platinum Spark Plugs
Replace Bosch MAF (Ford or Hitachi are options)

+1. With modifying the intake parts, you can always go to a blow-through system to simplify things.

What's a "blow through" system? Pardon my lack of knowledge in all things mechanical...

is 650bhp cost effective? I have an S turbo, with a remap it will be around 580bhp de-cat's ( i will remove all 4 cats) should put it around 610bhp. I wont go any further unless I want around 700bhp.

Around 600bhp is cheap, over that is expensive.

for around 600bhp.

Remap
De-cat
S intercoolers
Improve induction

guess what my hp is 1.europipe loud
2.scargo small tube headers
3.blow off valve
4.pipeing tow turbos sharkwearks
5. kevins k16
6.evo air box
7.giac flash
8.ssk
9.evo hoses
i,m sure i have forgotten somthing yep have reduced weight by 125lbs oh it's an 01 996tt
