Adjustable swaybar links for stock sway bars?
Are quality adjustable sway bar links available to replace they factory ones on my '86 Carrera? TIA, Chris

Hi Chris:
Well sir, the front cannot be made adjustable as the location of the bar lies almost in the same plane as the A-arms. Not possible.
AFAIK, nobody makes anything for the rear. Some people have fabricated some links on the rear but those were all one-offs and IMHO not worth the trouble.
Virtually everyone just simply installs a set of the early-style larger adjustable bars that have adjustable droplinks front & rear. I would recommend the TRG ones,.....
This is the only way that doing a corner weight session is going to be worthwhile.

Thanks Steve,
One of my rear links got squished and I figured if I replaced it (both) with some adjustable links it would allow me adjust
out any preload.

Hi Chris:
Its a good plan,........
Getting any preload out makes the car handle the same in left & right hand turns so this is no small issue.
I think you would like what the TRG ones would for your handling,.......
